Set Up a Project

Projects allow grouping of SaladCloud deployments.

Within your Organization, you and your team can manage various Projects running on Salad Container Engine.

  1. Click the name of your desired Organization from the My Organizations page.

  1. Once redirected to your Projects page, click "Create New Project" at the top of the page.

If your Organization currently has no active Projects, you may also click the large "Create New Project" button in the center of the page.

  1. On the next screen, enter a desired name for your Project. You may also wish to enter a declarative description to help your teammates keep track of your Projects in the "Project Description" field.

Use only lowercase, alphanumeric characters with hyphen separators between strings, e.g., example-project.

  1. Click "Next: Add Resources." to start setting up Resources in the newly created project.
